Wehrly Blacksmith Shop

This very special project was a collaborative effort with the architect-of-record Scott Boduch of Boduch Design Group. I was the Restoration Architect for the project and helped navigate the approval process and historic grants.

Conditions prior to the facade restoration. The brick cornice had been cut-off, and the exterior was stuccoed. The stucco could not be removed without damaging the outer brick wythe.

Salvaged Bricks and mortar were carefully matched for the restoration
