Front Porch Rehabilitation with whole-house preservation treatments

Upon nomination for landmark designation, Historic Denver, Inc.  described the structure as…”one of the most intact William Lang homes in Congress Park.”

Work included masonry restoration and stabilization, a new roof, numerous woodworking repairs and a significant front porch rehabilitation.

This project qualified for a federal tax credit.
